This is a reminder that registration renewal applications are due on March 15, 2026.
- Renewals received between March 16 and March 31, 2026, will be subject to a $25 late fee.
- This two-week grace period allows us time to contact RMTs who have not yet submitted their renewal, to ensure no one is practicing without a valid license as of April 1, 2026.
If your renewal application has not been received by April 1, 2026, your license will be considered suspended, and you will be unable to practice until your renewal is completed.
How to Renew

Renewal Requirements
To renew your registration, you must:
- Complete the registration renewal application
- Attach a valid first aid certificate
- Provide proof of liability insurance
- Submit the appropriate payment
Payment Options
Payment may be made by:
- PayPal
- E-transfer to cmtnlfees@gmail.com (password: cmtnl2026)
- Certified cheque or money order
Please ensure that all payments include the RMT’s full name. Payments received without a full name or from unknown sources will not be processed.
Renewals submitted without all required documentation will not be processed until all information has been received. You will be notified once your renewal has been received and processed.
